Activist Rahul Easwar Gets 14-Day Judicial Custody In Kerala MLA Rape Case

Rahul Easwar was arrested on Sunday after the Thiruvananthapuram Cyber Police registered a case for allegedly defaming on social media the woman who had lodged the sexual assault complaint against Mamkoottathil.

As per news report of NDTV,A court on Monday dismissed the bail petition of activist Rahul Easwar and remanded him to judicial custody for allegedly defaming the complainant in the sexual assault case against MLA Rahul Mamkoottathil.
